Location

Parking is conveniently located behind the building.  Our hours are:

Monday - Friday

7:30 AM to 6:30 PM

 

Cupertino Physical Therapy is conveniently located at the corner of S. De Anza Blvd. and Clarendon Street near highway 85. 

There is no access from S. De Anza Blvd.  You need to turn onto Clarendon Street and make your very first Left into our parking lot.   Parking is also available in the garage where an elevator is located.
