Paul Murdock, PT
Paul is a 1986 graduate from the SUNY at Stony Brook Physical Therapist program. In 2003, Paul established his own orthopedic and sports medicine clinic at Cupertino Physical Therapy. 

Prior to moving to the west coast, Paul held positions in the Washington DC metro area including Senior Cardiovascular Therapist at Washington Hospital Center and Director of the Virginia office of Physical Medicine Rehabilitation Center for outpatient orthopedics. 

Paul is a graduate of the Kaiser-Hayward Physical Therapy Residency Program in Advanced Orthopedic Manual Therapy and has taken numerous postgraduate professional courses. He was a tutorial facilitator for Marymount University's Masters Physical Therapist program. Paul has been on the technical advisory board at LIH Olivia's Place in Shanghai which provides multidisciplinary pediatric therapy to children of all abilities and ages.

Paul uses a broad spectrum of treatment styles in his practice including techniques from Australian and Osteopathic schools.  He enjoys spending time with his family, playing with their dog Lily as well as camping, hiking, cycling, and running half and full marathons.  He continues to take courses in Mandarin.


Stacy Alvares, DPT
Stacy received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Arcadia University, Pennsylvania US, and a Master's in Physical Therapy from Manipal University, India. She worked in inpatient, outpatient, and geriatrics. She enjoys working with patients to develop proper functional body and movement mechanics specific to their lifestyle. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Besides work, she spends time with her kid, family, and friends, hanging out in nature, hiking, and exploring various cuisines.
Specialties include Neck, low back, and balance training, BPPV, Women's Health.


Michelle Dunlap, PTA, ATC
Michelle obtained a bachelors degree in physical education from San Jose State University in 1989, where she had extensive experience in working with intercollegiate athletic teams. She obtained her certification as an athletic trainer in 1990 and her license as a physical therapy assistant in 1994. She has worked in outpatient orthopedics in the Bay Area for over 29 years. She also has experience working in home health care. Michelle joined Cupertino Physical Therapy, Inc. in December 2016.

Michelle was born and raised in The Bay Area. She is the proud owner of an African Grey. When she isn't at work, you can find her on the golf course, in a spin class or in Maui.
